Stencil Chalk Transfer Quilt Pounce Pad Blue

Fill the quilt pounce pad's large inner reservoir with the chalk and gently wipe it across the surface of the stencil. Please note, these white and blue chalks do not iron off they brush/wash off. The blue in most cases needs to be washed off.
